In working life, relevance and values-based actions are increasingly important (e.g., Martela 2020, 8-15, in Finnish). That's why companies and students are encouraged to learn their values at this year's JobFest. During the event, expert speeches related to the theme will be organized and students will be supported in their values work in the event's pre-workshops.

Why JobFest?

We offer companies the opportunity to talk about their career opportunities and hear about young job seekers' expectations regarding working life and employment. We offer students the opportunity to get to know companies and find new avenues for employment.

Students come to this event well prepared, thanks to the advanced career guidance workshops. We were already thanked for this after the last event.
