The project “HERE Ukraine! – Helping to Rebuild Ukraine by Educational means: Social, Psychological and Physical Aspects” aims to promote and to develop higher education studies for people under temporary protection in Finland. Most of the courses are suitable for everyone.
In addition to gaining new knowledge and learning new skills, you can apply the courses you have completed to be recognized as part of your higher education degree in your own university.

New competence and guidance in the software sector and digital skills for beneficiaries of temporary protection staying in Finland
Enrol for higher education studies in Finland by completing modules that can be used as accreditation for a degree in either Finland or Ukraine. Laurea offers AMKosaaja courses free of charge also for Ukrainians who have fled the war in their home country. All courses can be completed independently online. No previous knowledge is required. Courses will last 8-10 weeks and they will take about 2-6 hours weekly work. All courses are in English.

Laurea's free Open UAS courses
Laurea is providing its Open University of Applied Sciences courses taught in English free of charge to Ukrainians who have fled the war in their home country.
All the courses are implemented in English and topic of the courses are business, marketing and IT. All of the courses are fully online, free and you can study independently or with schedule. Applicants must have sufficient academic (written + oral) English language skills as to manage successfully in their studies.
