The application period for degree programmes in English has ended - Laurea received over 8000 applications
The most popular degree programme were Business Management, Cybersecurity and Nursing.
The application period for Laurea´s higher education degree programmes offered in English ended on Wednesday, January 17th. Based on preliminary information, Laurea received a total of 8094 applications.
Laurea offered 285 study places for six Bachelor’s and three Master’s degree programmes during this application round.
This year the most popular Bachelor’s degree programme was Business Management with 1981 applicants.
The second highest number of applicants was for the cybersecurity-focused Degree Programme in Business Information Technology, Cybersecurity which attracted 1225 applications. The Degree Programme in Nursing also attracted a large number of applicants (1095 applications).
The most popular of the master’s degree programmes was Service Innovation and Design. This programme was selected by 935 applicants as one of their application options.
English-language degree programmes at Laurea are offered at the Leppävaara and Tikkurila campuses in Espoo and Vantaa, respectively, and entirely online. The studies currently being applied for will start in autumn 2024.
