HYVINVOIVA HOIVA - VÄLMÅENDE OMSORG - Työhyvinvointi ja muutosvalmiudet ikäihmisten sote-palveluissa
The project's objective is to develop processes and increase efficiency, examine and support wellbeing at work, enhance superiors' skills in participative leadership practices and establish the role of lean approaches in the organization as well as in the everyday work of employees and supervisors. The development process is carried out by involving personnel in the development of work. The participating organizations are also provided networking opportunities to share best practices. The approach of collegial peer learning is applied in the development process. The emphasis of the project is to support equality between genders and promote equal opportunities in social and health care sector for the employees. The aim of the project is to implement gender perspective in all central activities of the project.
