EMERIT - Emerita- ja Emeritushoitajat voimavarana hoitajapulassa

The project develops the EMERIT model, which is used 1) to find solutions to the shortage of nurses by extending the working careers of end-of-career and retired nurses, and 2) to promote work community well-being and a positive organizational culture. The result of the project is the EMERIT operating model, which is supplemented by a career planning model and a continuous learning model.
