DigiTikkaat

DigiTikkaat is a joint project of Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, Laurea University of Applied Sciences and Metropolia University of Applied Sciences. The project develops a digital test, a digital drop-out guidance and support model as well as training contents. The project focuses on the needs of three specific groups: freenlancer and self-employed persons, aging employees, and young people at risk of unemployment. The sub project of Laurea develops support for the aging workforce who are either unemployed or facing the risk of unemployment due to gaps in digital skills. They are offered training that is tailored to the requirements of the rapidly changing working environment as well as group support and guidance. The project is funded by the European Social Fund React-EU activities.
