Laurea participates in the Crisis Management NOW 2024 event
Laurea is an exhibitor at the Crisis Management NOW (KRIHA) event organised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, whose themes are, as the name suggests, about crisis management and peace building. The event will take place on Wednesday 22 May 2024 in the Wanha Satama of Katajanokka in Helsinki and is open to all and free of charge.
The day will feature expert presentations, panel discussions and experiences on what crisis management is and how to build sustainable peace through cooperation. There will be demonstration points where you can learn about the work of actors working in crisis management, peace building, development and humanitarian aid. The exhibitors are mainly from government, business and organisations.
Laurea's stand will showcase international projects and training in areas such as risk management and security. Laurea is Finland's leading security researcher and a pioneer in the field of security education in universities of applied sciences.
