The aim of the project is to promote the renewal capacity of vocational education providers by increasing the know-how and conditions of co-creation and by supporting well-being at work. The idea of combining co-creation and well-being at work is fresh: the project combines the growth of development skills in the organisation and the simultaneous development of well-being at work.
