Arrival and orientation
See here important semester dates for incoming exchange students.
The orientation days are designed to help new incoming exchange students to settle in and start their studies at Laurea University of Applied Sciences. Orientation days include important information such as university practices, student services and information about housing. If you miss the orientation days, please contact International Services: intl.info@laurea.fi.
It is recommended to arrive in Finland at least couple days before orientation or your first lecture. Please check your study schedule before purchasing flights.
2026 Spring Orientation Days
- Janaury 7-9
Please note January 1 and Janaury 6 are public holidays in Finland.
We strongly recommend that all incoming exchange students participate in the orientation days.
