The goal of the SURE project is to develop an operating model of continuous on-the-job learning for small and medium-sized export companies. As part of the development of the operating model, the following measures will be implemented: 1. Competence maps will be built using artificial intelligence on the strategic themes of green transition, responsibility, export expertise, performance, resilience and vitality. 2. We will develop, conceptualize and validate a prototype of the competence management evaluation tool (SURE-meter) 3. We will predict future competence needs 3-5 years from now. 4. The strategic competence of employees, teams and managers will be increased and renewed, and the guidance and facilitation of continuous learning at work will be developed.
