Societal Resilience and Foresight Research Group

Actively building desired futures together

The mission of the Societal resilience and foresight so called ResLab research group is to study and strengthen societal resilience and work to build desired futures. We approach these themes from the perspectives of systems, futures, and design thinking. We carry out research, develop, teach, coach, publish, and communicate.

Our multidisciplinary, flexible, and holistic approach makes us an excellent partner for various RDI projects aiming for impactful results in Uusimaa, Finland, Europe, and beyond. We have extensive experience of international funding instruments such as CERV, HORIZON, and EDF, of national funding from the Academy of Finland, ERDF, and ESF+, and of business funding from CELTIC-NEXT. We are constantly looking for new partners.
