Reskill Revolution: Pioneering Change in Adult Education

Funded by Erasmus+ KA3, RESKILL REVOLUTION is an international project focusing on developing micro courses for individuals to upskill them to enter the service sector in the EU. The training is both available on vocational and higher education level, and certificates are received on completed training. The project runs during 2025-2028. Digital Transformation for Medical Education in Ukraine

The project TOTTE of Laurea and YES ry tackles the labour market mismatch problem by developing the identification and definition of the core competence needs needed in work tasks and by developing the identification and visibility of the competence of an employee or potential employee. Development is carried out in the competence networks assembled in the project, and the outputs are competence cards, a competence map tool, a career description model, short documentary videos and a documented development process description.

In the model, the company's circular economy challenges or opportunities are identified, after which the company's personnel are trained to implement a circular economy RDI project. As a result of the project, the company will receive researched information on the circular economy opportunities in its own industry. The reported results can be used to develop innovative products or services for which the project utilises the Biodesign product development process. As a result of the project, the company will develop permanent circular economy expertise or new products and services. The project is implemented by Laurea (main implementer) and Metropolia. The project cooperates with Laurea's Circular Economy Living Lab.
