The Career Monitoring Survey for 2020 graduates is starting

This nationwide survey collects information on graduates’ employment, career satisfaction, and degree satisfaction. Everyone who completed their UAS degree five years ago will receive the survey. The survey will be sent on October 8, 2025, to all 2020 graduates of bachelor’s and master’s level UAS degrees via email and text message. The response deadline is November 9, 2025. 

Survey results support the development of education 

The career monitoring survey has gained its place as part of stakeholder feedback from universities of applied sciences. The valuable insights provided by alumni reveal, for example, changes in working life, and thus provide signals for improving the quality of education and continuous learning services. The results also help current students with career considerations and provide information about different career paths. 

The survey results also have a direct impact on the university of applied sciences' funding. The selected survey questions are used to assess the quality of education. Based on the results, the Ministry of Education and Culture allocates 3% of core funding to universities of applied sciences. Every response is important to Laurea. 

Nationwide results from previous surveys can be found in the Finnish Education Administration’s statistics service, Vipunen.

You will receive a link to the Career Monitoring Survey by email and text message on October 8, 2025. The email will come from uraseurannat@arvokysely.fi. The text message will be sent by Laurea AMK.
