Facility Management
The Degree Programme in Facility Management is delivered in English and consists of 210 credits and takes 3,5 years to complete.The degree earned is Restonomi (AMK), Bachelor of Hospitality Management. Achieving the skills of the Finnish language needed in the work life will be focused during the studies to enhance employability in the Finnish work markets.
Laurea Leppävaara
The studies focus on planning, organising, developing, innovating and designing facility services to support the core business of organisations cost effectively and in a flexible way. Students also study communication, research, development and management skills to be able to work in facility management tasks. These studies enable graduates to work as executives and experts in the management of service providers or premises at companies or public organisations. Students create network and contacts with companies in the field through participation in authentic work life projects.
The studies take place in a multicultural atmosphere of Leppävaara campus. The Leppävaara campus offers a novel environment for Learning by Developing. The students’ development into experts is supported by advanced teaching methods, a widespread network of business contacts, multiple development projects and development environment.
