More about work experience requirements
Work experience does not have to be acquired from only one employer. Part-time work experience can be counted so that 150 hours of part-time work OR 20 work days (minimum of 7 hours work/day) equals to 1 month of full-time work experience.
A work placement/internship belonging to the qualification you are applying with will not be considered as work experience. Time spent during Military service in the Finnish Defence Forces or Finnish non-Military Service or during child care leave are not considered as work experience.
Applicants must provide proof of all the work experience they have mentioned in their application. All work experience must be proven with valid work certificates issued by the employer (stamped and signed). Work experience which cannot be proven with work certificates will not be considered. Entrepreneurship/ work experience acquired as a self-employed person is also considered if the applicant can provide proof of his/her self-employed person's pension insurance(YEL or MYEL).
