Entrance exams 2012
Eligible applicants to the Bachelor's Degrees will be invited to the Entrance Exams based on the certificate photocopies received by the Admissions Office by 24 February 2012 16:15 Finnish time. Late certificates are not considered. Applicants must take care that the certificate copies arrive on time to the Admissions Office. The Invitations to the Entrance Exams are sent in March and the Entrance Exams are held in Finland on the following days:

Degree Programme in Tourism: 26th April 2012
Degree Programme in Business Information Technology: 27th April 2012
Degree Programme in Facility Management: 26th April 2012
Degree Programme in Security Management: 24th April 2012
Degree Programme in Nursing: 24th, 25th and 26th April 2012 (preliminary material)
Degree Programme in Social Services: 24th, 25th and 26th April 2012
Some degree programmes may have preliminary materials for the entrance exams.
Entrance exam cooperation 2012
All eligible applicants are required to participate in the entrance exams for the degree programme he/she is applying to. Only eligible applicants may participate in the entrance examinations. Many UAS co-operate in the entrance examinations.This means that an entrance examination completed at one UAS is accepted by another lower option. If you are invited to the entrance examination by your first option, your lower options will also accept the result if they belong to the same co-operating exam group. The highest option of the co-operating degree programmes will send the invitation to the entrance examinations.

Laurea UAS belongs to the FINNIPS network which is arranging entrance exams outside Finland for the Degree programme in Business Management, Degree programme in Business Information Technology, Degree programme in Facility Management, Degree programme in Tourism and Degree programme in Security Management.
The countries and cities where the examinations are held in the spring 2012 are listed below. Applicants living in the countries mentioned in the brackets ( ) will also be invited to the entrance examinations in the country in question. Applicants living in countries that are not mentioned below will be invited to the entrance examinations in Finland. Information is subject to change.
